dm-multipathed yet when I issue "mkqdisk -L" I don't see the 
/dev/mapper/mpath... but LUNs seen from individual fibre paths.</SPAN></DIV>

B) for /dev/sdh1 (same as /dev/dm-13), that node gets fenced 
out.</SPAN></DIV>
