At least some of these are Apache 2.2 vs 2.4 compatibility issues. I
guess I never formally dropped support for 2.2 but I haven't tested
against it for a while.

I seem to recall a patch against mod_nss 1.0.8 in RHEL/CentOS to address
at least some of these. You might try digging that up to see if it
helps, though the line numbers are surely quite skewed by now.

I take a look at this but can't promise when.
