 I have sent several emails with customers on copy to that alias, but not hearing back from anymore.

There's an issue with "free reg-codes" after registration profile has been established.
There's no where to log-them once a profile has been created and someone has started the process. Most of the emails to  rh-NAPC at itagroup.com<mailto:rh-NAPC at itagroup.com> have been about that trying to help people finish their reg.

If it's not a valid address, IT NEEDS to be removed from the NAPC website. It's at the bottom of several pages. And I'll need to re-send my emails. please advise.
