Nutanix Insights

Insights is Nutanix's analytics service that provides a unified view into the
health of your Nutanix infrastructure, across clusters and geographies. On
average, customers that use Insights achieve over five 9s infrastructure uptime!




Log into the Nutanix Support & Insights portal [https://portal.nutanix.com/]
today to view any discoveries and optimization recommendations for your
infrastructure. If you are not seeing up-to-date information for your clusters,
you may need to enable Pulse

, the system-level diagnostic data collection that relays alerts, logs,
performance related information and more to Nutanix, enabling the Insights
proactive, context-aware support for you.




Here’s how to enable Pulse:

Step 1: Open Prism, click on the gear icon, and select “Pulse.”

Step 2: Check the “Enable” box to start sending Pulse data for the designated
cluster.

Step 3: Verify Pulse is sending messages successfully. Log on to the Nutanix
Support Portal and view your cluster assets. Information displayed here includes
whether your cluster has an Active Pulse Status. If you're having trouble, you
