If you reload a few times (or sometimes the first time), it somehow gets 
into a state where you can hear the audio playing, but there is a blank 
white area where the Flash video should be.  Right-clicking the area 
where the video should be shows an outline of the video, but no menus or 
anything.  Reloading the page fails to recover the video view.

WindowlessDisable=true

Disabling WMODE in the plugin seems to allow the video to play.
