ACK, with the following caveats discussed over IRC:

in the help display of pkcs12-key-find, change
'--pkcs12-password ' to '--pkcs12-password
<password>'

file a ticket for a man page for pki-pkcs12

add info in the Wiki page (and later the man page) that in
order to use the password/password file options, one must first
run 'pki -c <password> client-init'
