Yep, just sent an email on that (just catching up now). The up-app-dev-a VPC is good to go for administrative shutdown.  Nino will coordinate with myself if it needs to be brought back up for app teams.

Confirming with the rest of the team; but that looks good to me.

I'd also like to ask Wayne/Austin that we place app-dev-A administratively down - meaning shutdown with no immediate plan to turn back on.

Please reply to this email if you do NOT understand or agree with the above schedule. This schedule will be tested Friday Feb 21, 0445-0500 CDT. If the test results are positive the schedule will begin operation Fri Feb 21, 2020 1100pm.

Let me know if there any questions or clarifying statements on this matter before 1200pm Feb 21, 2020.
