[Platformone] status of OCP4 automated deployment to GovCloud?

Hello PlatformOne team!

I'm writing from the NoVA DevSecOps meetup group.  We are wondering if, based upon this repo (https://repo1.dsop.io/ocp4/user-docs-ocp4), if OCP4 is currently deployable to GovCloud.

Also, would your team be willing to provide a presentation on this effort?  We have an available slot on the evening of August 25.
