[publican-list] Creating a book in Turkish language

Dear Ruediger,

I have just tried with Fedora 13. Now I can have Turkish chars in the document.

However, The problem on the book name continues:

"tr-TR/Book_Info.xml":
<bookinfo id="book-LbrUTM_2.1.1_Release_Notes-LbrUTM_2.1.1_Release_Notes">
        <title>LbrUTM 2.1.1 Sürüm Notları</title>

$ publican build --formats html --langs tr-TR --config publican.cfg
Invalid format for docname. Value (LbrUTM_2.1.1_Sürüm_Notları) does
not conform to constraint ([^a-zA-Z_\-0-9.]) at /usr/bin/publican line
