Rudi triaged the issue and deemed it not to be a translation risk (only urls
and non-translated component strings). He implemented changes to the publican
brand that allows BZURL to be supported in the .ent file. You have to add the
entities manually to the .ent file. This issue is therefore resolved from my
perspective.
