[publican-list] DTD Validation error - Need help

Thanks for your help. I resolved the issue and generated the PDF successfully.

One of those things (section) was not like the others. So, I changed it to chapter and it worked perfectly.  :)

I am getting the following DTD validation error when I run the publican build --config=publican.cfg --formats=test --langs=en-US command:

What does it imply? How do I decipher this message?
