[publican-list] Error while generating PDF - Need Help

This error means that you've defined an external entity that can't be found.

Here's what it means, less cryptically: you've included a line in one of your files that Publican doesn't deal with.

When I ran the publican build --config=publican.cfg --formats=pdf --langs=en-US command to build the PDF, I got the following error message:

at Publican/Builder.pm line 1290

What does this message mean? Could you please help me resolve this issue?
