[publican-list] Publican 3.0 on Windows

Hi,

I have installed Publican 3.0 on Windows, and when I run the cfg file I get the following error:

Invalid format for version. Value (EMPTY) does not conform to constraint (^[0-9]) at script/publican line 689

What does it imply ? I am unable to generate none of the outputs.
