Hi all, just thought I'd point out that a new version of wkhtmltopdf
has been released, and it will be a disruptive upgrade for Publican
for people using wkhtmltopdf.

The new version is based on QT 4.8.5 (old version is based on 4.8.0)
this includes a switch from XSLT 1.0 to XSLT 2.0. This means the
templates we used to generate the PDF cover pages need to be changed
in a way that probably isn't compatible with older versions of
wkhtmltopdf.

Hope to have this support for Publican 4.1.0, which I am currently
working on. Should be baked by the end of March ... or April :)
