I believe this has been fixed in our upcoming 2.3 release, which will be out very soon. For now, they will have to be manually removed if need be.
Hey,

As I already asked on #pulp (unfortunately UTC+1 is far away from
UTC-5) I would like to know whether it is possible to remove (public)
links in /var/lib/pulp/published/ or /var/www/pub/ of deleted/
orphaned repositories, after they have been deleted using pulp-admin?

Thanks for any replies in advance.
