This just short-circuits downloading the files referenced in a repository
when you sync it.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 1em 0; color: black;">As for importing local content
from another satellite server, you could temporarily set the feed to come
from the other satellite server. However, I haven't tried this.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 1em 0; color: black;">As I said at the top, I have
only used pulp for a week, others may know better than me.<br>
