With this, you have the control and do not need the Server Assistant CD. The updates have the drivers... But with the 1850 Dell changed to the PerRAID 4d/SI, and RedHat doesn't seem to have integrated drivers for it. The bundled Dell "Server Assistant" CD wants to take controll over the RHEL install, which I don't like. I tried to find the RAID drivers on the Dell website, but so far no luck.
