And if you want to add for the user to relay mail from your server you would make an entry in /etc/mail/access like as follows. "<users ip address if static><x-tab> </x-tab>RELAY" Then you do a makemap hash /etc/mail/access < /etc/mail/access providing that is how you have your sendmail set up, to use hash.
