[redhat-lspp] LSPP kickstart config script (work in progress)

Hello,

as promised on the conf call, here's the kickstart based configuration RPM:

  http://klaus.vh.swiftco.net/lspp/SRPMS/

It's based on the RPM used for the HP RHEL4 CAPP/EAL4 evaluation, and
distributed under the terms of the GPL. This is intended as a snapshot
and proof of concept, and there is no commitment from me, atsec, IBM, Red
Hat or anyone else that this works for any purpose or that it will be
maintained in the future.

This is a work-in-progress snapshot of a configuration method to configure a
RHEL5 system into LSPP mode. It does not currently match any evaluated
configuration.

chapter 2 of the following document:

(It refers to RHEL4, but the process remains essentially the same for RHEL5
