[redhat-lspp] lspp 53 kernel

A 16 hour stress test sending streams of TCP and UDP packets
across two ppc64 machines with following configuration succeeded.
Just ensuring we have not regressed.

- lspp 53 kernel
- mls policy 2.4.1-3 in permissive mode 
- labeled ipsec w/ racoon
context=system_u:object_r:unlabeled_t:s3:c1.c5
- ipsec audit patch included in kernel
- using netperf to send streams of UDP and TCP packets
- configure ipsec and run netperf as sysadm_r
