The problem i can see is that someone has already connected to the default installation anaconda session previously. In this case i do not think you can again start the anaconds loader session. The best thing that you can do is to re-load the image using Load from CDROM from HMC. ? I am installing it in an LPAR without z/VM. I started the installation process, chose the language and then chose the FTP installation method. I entered the address of the ftp server, the path to the RHEL ISO files and the logon information. After a while I was asked to enter this information again. I looked on the operating system messages on the HMC and say these messages: INFO: transferring ftp://10.202.14.11//temp/rhel/images/updates.img to a fd INFO: transferring ftp://10.202.14.11//temp/rhel/images/product.img to a fd INFO: 511452 kB are available INFO: transferring ftp://10.202.14.11//temp/rhel/images/stage2.img to a fd ERROR: get to setupCdrom without a cd device (I had to copy them by hand so there might be some mistakes) What am I doing wrong.
