I installed a minimal server configuration on RHEL6 and I'm using LVM with a single virtual disk device. (This is within a KVM VM.) First item of business is to register with RHN and then run yum update. That ran into a segmentation fault. I noticed yum was one of the packages to be updated so I've updated this and the kernel and rebooted. It didn't fix the issues completely.
