I am trying to customize the behaviour of gdm. The first thing I want to do is make sure that X does not run with the ' -nolisten tcp ' option. I tried adding: [security] DisallowTCP=false to /etc/gdm/custom.conf and it has no affect. Changing the value in /etc/gdm/gdm.schemas works. Is manually editing this file the best way to do this? Is there a command line interface to this file? Thanks. -- -MichaelC
