Yes, this list was created for the extra modules for Qpid that RedHat 
builds as open source. As this
project is being productized the stable updates and notices are posted 
to the mailing list located
here: http://www.redhat.com/mrg/getmrg/

and then dev issues related to Qpid are on the Apache lists. I would 
subscribe to one of these lists
depending on your interest as I expect that some of the early project 
pages will get cleaned up soon.
