Reason for outage: Scheduled maintenance on case management infrastructure.

During the planned outage window:
Users will be unable to interact with support cases online for the 
duration of the outage, including opening new cases or viewing/modifying 
existing cases.
Customers will still be able to gain assistance for technical issues 
during the outage by contacting Red Hat Technical Support.

The remainder of the Red Hat Customer Portal including downloading 
software, managing subscriptions, searching and viewing knowledgebase 
solutions and
discussions will not be affected by this outage.
