If you then use a nice value of N from 1 to 19, you will RESET the priority of system level PIDs 1-19 DOWN in value (slower), a severe performance, reliability and security problem. I entered it as such, but it was downgraded to a documentation fix (normal) instead, which will NOT remove the actual problem.
