[rhos-list] I found a problem in EPEL

I found an other one of these packages
libart_lgpl-2.3.20-5.1.el6.x86_64 its in EPEL and the base OS. it pops up
as an issue when I tried to kickstart with RDO Grizzly and EPEL.
