[rhos-list] I think I found something missing in iproute2

Hi Ronald,

Some information for your reference, cause I'm also met the same issue.
There're two parts of the story.

For the iproute part, the version in the RDO grizzly repo has already netns
support.

However, for the Linux kernel portion, it need namespace file descriptor
feature (/proc/[pid]/ns/net stuff) to make 'ip netns xxx' work. And this
kernel feature so far is not included in any of RHEL 6.3/6.4 kernel
releases.
