Hello,

Can anyone please add
make-ip-netns-delete-more-likely-to-succeed.patch from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/iproute/20111117-1ubuntu2.1 to
the iproute-2.6.32-130.el6ost.netns.2 in the current OpenStack repo?
This fix seems to be necessary for silent namespace deletion when a)
processes are running inside NS and quantum tries to delete it, b) one
side of veth pair is inside NS in same situation.
