[rhos-list] Lockup after trying to detach a volume in Havana

Hi

1) It is, I was able to reproduce it (but only when the volume is in-use; when I tried to detach with the instance suspended it worked normally). The necessary steps to reproduce it are:

	- Create a test volume and a test instance;
	- Run the instance;
	- Try to detach the volume.

If you need to know something more, please tell me.

2) I have two machines: one running all the openstack services and another one running a compute node. The instance was in the first one and it was that machine that became unresponsive. My other compute node doesn't seem to have any problem.

3) Fibre channel.

4) I do have console access but it becomes unresponsive too.
