Hi Xuan,

First I'd check if you have a valid subscription:

https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform/3/html/Getting_Started_Guide/ch02.html#idp17784560

In case you don't, a subscription can be obtained from:

1. NFR (not-for-resale) partner subscription
2. Via Red Hat sales
3. Via free 90-day evaluation:

https://www.redhat.com/products/cloud-computing/openstack/

As Cisco is a partner with Red Hat Openstack, I'd suggest to contact
your internal Red Hat alliance manager, maybe he can provide access to NFRs.

Then you can access the online manuals with all the information at:

https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_OpenStack_Platform/

Regards,
Tomas
