I have raised a documentation bug [1] but would like a lucky volunteer to assist with updating this procedure, perhaps on the RDO wiki page which provided the original source material [2]. I believe Derek originally wrote this but it appears to also be missing Heat and Ceilometer removal, probably also other bits and pieces that have since been added.
