That is, if I have python27 installed (which I do), then it should supply python(abi) = 2.7 -- and then RPM shouldn't be complaining. So, either the python27 package doesn't supply that, or the RPM command (yum in this case) is broken. From the description so far it looks like you does not enable python27 collection in the %build and %install section, so the build and install scriptlets have not properly set environment.
