It took me a bit to realize that was the cause of the dependency errors that yum upgrade was throwing.</p> <p><br> </p> <p>I see both packages on <a href="http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/sclo/x86_64/sclo/sclo-php70/" class="OWAAutoLink"> http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6/sclo/x86_64/sclo/sclo-php70/</a>.
