Can you make sure /var/satellite dir is present on your server. Also make sure your /etc/rhn/rhn.conf has mount point of /var/satellite defined as a config variable. Either ways its jus a missing check before we join the paths. So I opened a bug to track this. It should be a quick fix notifying user that the path is not set.
