My issue is resolved, actually the cobbler was unable to resolve the hostname so I have to change the FQDN to ip address for anaconda to find my rpms. The files are<BR>
1. /etc/rhn/rhn.conf parameter=cobbler.host ---> change to ip<BR>
2./etc/cobbler/settings parameters=server,redhat_management_server -----> change to ip<BR>
<BR>
restart spacewalk services <BR>
<BR>
service-spacewalk restart<BR>
<BR>
After that include all the child channels except updates and the system is deployed and shows up in SW.<BR>
