[Strimzi] RC3 of Strimzi 0.1.0 available

Adding my own +1 ... I tried inmemory, statefulsets and connect (including
S2I) on OpenShift Origin 3.7 and Minikube with Kubernetes 1.8. All seems to
work fine.
