[Strimzi] Strimzi ( Kafka ) workload on Ceph S3

Yeah that was what I was going to say as well, but didn't know what Karan
had in mind.  If you want an example of using he Kafka S3 connect streaming
data to S3, let me know.  We have it running in production now.
