[UBI] Question about licensing terms

Hello,

I've been reading the EULA and stumbled across this paragraph:" You agree
to include this unmodified EULA in all distributions of container images
sourced, built or otherwise derived from the Programs."

I'm wondering how this is usually achieved? Do I need to bake a copy of the
EULA into the image itself or do I need to reference it in a README or
something along those lines?

I looked at Strimzi and they don't do anything special as far as I can tell
(we're also an Open Source product): <
https://github.com/strimzi/strimzi-kafka-operator/blob/main/docker-images/base/Dockerfile
>

I also did a grep for the EULA content within the image as well and wasn't
able to find anything either.

Thank you for your help.

Cheers,
Lars
