[UBI] Ubi8-minimal image creation

Hi Team,

We are trying to build the ubi8-minimal image locally using the docker file
given in the container images catalog.

it is shown that ubi8-minimal is built from koji/image-build base image.

Need clarifications on the below:

1) From which repo can we pull the koji/image-build image for ubi8-minimal
image ?
2) Is it possible to build the koji/image-build image manually ? If yes
could you please share the build steps ?
3) Is there a way to build the ubi8-minimal image from the source code
(ubi8-minimal
source code)
