UTRACE_ACTION_xxx in comments

Thanks.  I found 3, and fixed those.  

Note the 'master' branch is now somewhat out of date.  I haven't merged it
up because the x86-tracehook merging situation makes it annoying.

Please look at the 'utrace' branch or at the patches.
