Hi Andrew,
                  thanks for your update.

It's great to hear that the process of upstreaming the code is proceeding:
that for sure will offer the project a wider audience
and hopefully more contributors.

At the same time, is it possible to make sure that those guidance hint will
be presented in the repos readme?
Is far from logical that I check the doc on the downstream for something
that is happening in the upstream.

Having some documentation / ready to use guidance sentences like your last
one may be terribly helpful in reducing the known to fail/untested
scenarios.
