I've tried the way you suggested me, and I got exactly the same
qemu line to be executed.<br>
I suggest you to use my way of using the vendor-id and don't mess
with qemu arguments in the xml file.<br></div></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>100% agree, using <qemu:args> is almost always wrong. The xml for the hyper-v extensions does exactly the same thing and using a wrapper script makes it easy to transition back to a fully libvirt supported config once support is added. </div></div></div></div>
