After setting the hidden state to on and reinstalling the driver from the<br>
same download did it show in the Settings app. My guess is that either the<br>
Relive installer or Crimson installer changed something in the display<br>
driver installation braking it if you run in a VM.<br>

Another issue I had was that my display showed up as Generic PnP monitor<br>
instead off the model name/number checking the device information in<br>
windows. Reinstalling the drivers fixed this issue.<br>
