[virt-tools-list] Patch for UEFI support still required?

That patch is not upstream. And I certainly don't like the idea of adding a
UEFI option to the create wizard. Adding an option in details.py might be
acceptable, but like Marc's patch description says, we would only want to show
the UEFI option if the correct packages are installed, etc.
