shared-mime-info 0.13

Hi guys,

I've released a new version of the shared-mime-info tarball.  This
release is the first to use the Translation Project, as well intltool
for maintaining the translation.  As a result, there will be some
regressions in the translations until translators are able to get caught
up.  Please note that intltool isn't a dependency on building or
installing the database -- it is only needed when a new translation is
merged in.
