From jni at redhat.com Thu Sep 1 16:47:10 2011 From: jni at redhat.com (James Ni) Date: Thu, 1 Sep 2011 12:47:10 -0400 (EDT) Subject: [zanata-devel] Is that possible moving comments in GlossaryTerm to GlossaryEntry In-Reply-To: <1081164635.1044333.1314892899955.JavaMail.root@zmail07.collab.prod.int.phx2.redhat.com> Message-ID: <157618771.1045198.1314895630395.JavaMail.root@zmail07.collab.prod.int.phx2.redhat.com> Hi Sean, Alex, Currently, i just try to convert CSV format file to JSON and push to server. The CSV file looks like below: en,es,zh-Hans,pos,description account, cuenta,??,noun,A user's account. Do not use as a verb. directions, indicaciones,??,noun .......... .......... As Sean's requirement, pos and description would be the comments, we will get it from CSV and push them to server. For current implementation, the glossary entry object looks like: {'srcLang':'en-US','glossaryTerms':terms, 'sourcereference':''} the glossaryTerms object for each glossary entry looks like: [{'locale':zh-CN, 'content':??, 'comments':[]}, {'locale':'en-US', 'content':account, 'comments':[]}] Then i have to write same comments(pos and description) to different locale, because each term in glossaryTerms belongs to same entry which has same pos and description. Also transferGlossaryEntry in GlossaryService seems doesn't include processing the pos, only string comment (although HTermComment has included pos member) So what do you think that moving comments (pos and description) to GlossaryEntry? then we only need to write comments for once and will not store redundant data in database? then the glossary entry object probably looks like: {'srcLang':'en-US','glossaryTerms':terms, 'sourcereference':'', 'comments':[{'pos':pos},{'description':desc}]} Best Regards James From The_National_Apartment_Summit at mail.vresp.com Tue Sep 6 12:35:45 2011 From: The_National_Apartment_Summit at mail.vresp.com (The National Apartment Summit) Date: Tue, 06 Sep 2011 12:35:45 +0000 Subject: [zanata-devel] 350+ Expected; Hear From EQR, UDR, CBRE, REIS, AvalonBay Message-ID: Having trouble viewing this e-mail? - http://cts.vresp.com/c/?CapRateEventsLLC/b91cb0414e/0358139046/65c76c4bd3 Click here - http://cts.vresp.com/c/?CapRateEventsLLC/b91cb0414e/0358139046/ac9c3bd5e4 . Wrap it to about 72 characters or so. In some contexts, the first line is treated as the subject of an email and the rest of the text as the body. The blank line separating the summary from the body is critical (unless you omit the body entirely); tools like rebase can get confused if you run the two together. Write your commit message in the present tense: "Fix bug" and not "Fixed bug." This convention matches up with commit messages generated by commands like git merge and git revert. Further paragraphs come after blank lines. - Bullet points are okay, too - Typically a hyphen or asterisk is used for the bullet, preceded by a single space, with blank lines in between, but conventions vary here - Use a hanging indent -- Sean Flanigan Senior Software Engineer Engineering - Internationalisation Red Hat -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
