Here are a few updates to our dev process:

We have been pushing all our code to the 'integration' branch. From
now on this branch has been renamed to 'integration/master' so please
make sure you remove all references to the 'integration' branch and/or
update them to the new name. An easy way to do this is to run

git remote prune origin

This will remove all remote tracking branches that have been removed
from origin.

Similarly, to commit code to our 1.5 branch you need to commit to the
new 'integration/1.5' branch. A similar process to the one in place
for our cutting edge code will take care of building, validating and
deploying (nightly) to the 1.5 test servers.

Also, all our 1.4 test servers are now being migrated to 1.5. The wiki
should reflect the new test server assignments shortly.
