[almighty] soft launched ALM(mighty) mailing list

Hi,

Last week we setup a mailing list for discussing topics related to ALM 
(incl. Planner).

The list is public but not announcing it broadly yet since we would like 
to get some more meat on the bone
before doing so.

Thus consider this the soft launch of the mailing list for ALM/Planner 
work in preparation for the first actual
sprint ALM will do starting this week ;)
