[almighty] admin priv removed from ci bots

Just a heads up that I downgraded "continuous integration" group rights 
from Admin to Write.

None of our ci jobs should require access to delete all repositories nor 
remove people from the team ;)

It should not affect anything - but if you see weird failures due to 
lack of permissions that would explain it.
